FAQs
A NOTE ABOUT WAIVERS
Please note that all bouncers must have a completed and signed Bounce!® liability waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a Bounce!® Liability waiver completed and signed by their OWN parent or legal guardian. We may request identification in the form of a valid photo ID. We strongly suggest filling out ewaivers which are located on this web site. Ewaivers are good for an indefinite period of time. Paper waivers are only good for the one day of use.

Q: Are reservations required?
You do not have to make a reservation in advance, however we strongly recommend it to avoid being closed out of your desired time slot. We also accept phone reservations with a credit card or debit card payment for large groups; please see our group and kids birthday parties for info.

We have lockers and offer locks for them at our snack bar for a returnable $10 deposit. We also have open cubbies where you can store your shoes, jackets, etc., however, we HIGHLY recommend leaving any expensive or valuable jewelry, clothing, and/or footwear at home as these areas are open to everyone at Bounce!® and while we have cameras installed, we cannot be responsible for any items left behind or not locked up.
Q: Is there an entrance fee for people that just want to stay and watch such as family members or friends?

Q: What is Bounce Jr?
Bounce! Jr. is our special separate area for children ages 5 and under and includes a separate bathroom, trampoline court, foam pit and more. Bounce! Jr. participants can go barefoot on our equipment or use their own socks. All children who will be using the equipment will need a Bounce!® liability waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Bounce! Jr.® courts will also be monitored by our court monitors. Parents are not permitted to use the equipment with their children. Bounce! Jr.® also has its own separate party room.
Q: Are older children separated from younger children in activities like dodgeball?
We have installed two separate indoor dodgeball
courts, one for ages 6 to 11 and the other for ages 12 and older. Please be aware that our dodgeballs are made of a very soft foam material and are designed to be safe for this purpose.
Q: Do you have to sign up to play dodgeball?
During open jump time dodgeball is played on an open basis. Participants line up in front of the court and are randomly sent to the 2 sides of the court by the dodgeball referee. The maximum number of players per side is 12. A game is then started and will continue for up to five minutes depending upon the number of players who get out before the time limit is up. Once the five minutes is over or a team is eliminated, 2 new teams will enter the court from the line and a new game begins. Players can rotate themselves into games for the entire time spent at our facility.
Q: How will I know my Bounce!® time is over?
Every one jumping on our trampolines will receive a color coded wristband to wear which . This wristband coincides with the jumping time you have reserved and our court monitors will let you know when your time has been completed (ALL SESSIONS START AND END ON THE HALF HOUR). For members of parties and groups, announcements will be made over our PA system directing the group to the reserved party area when their jump time has ended.
Q: Is Bounce!® Air Conditioned?
Yes! And we have installed enormous ceiling fans which make the bouncing environment cool and comfortable.
